The work of this single bid project includes the installation of a new Chiller and temporary air handler, replacement of the existing air handler serving the Operating Rooms and associated duct and piping work. CR#: 2135377 Contract Term: 550 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Description of Project: This project will replace the existing air handling unit that serves several operating rooms in an active hospital. In addition, a new chiller will be installed outdoors to provide off season cooling, with new chiller pumps and ancillary hydronic equipment being installed. Award is subject to final approval.
