A Planning Study was completed for this project in May 2023. The Planning Study will be used to develop the Feasibility Study and Alternative Evaluation Report Prequalification to be considered for future agreements are listed below. For all prequalification categories other than Financial Management System Evaluation the requirements determined for each agreement may be met by the prime consultant or a subconsultant.
