Supply, delivery, installation, inspection, and repair of pit fall-protection netting systems. The vendor shall provide a complete, permanent, engineered inspection pit fall-protection netting system for all pits identified in the provided attachments and as directed by the Metrolinx Representative. Submissions must be sent to Metrolinx through MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the closing, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
