Envelope A Prequalification for waterproofing work at 300 Dufferin. Complete prequalification to be submitted on the Vertikal Envelope A Vendor Prequalification form and Questionnaire via MERX. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for uploading all required documents to MERX. Ensure compliance with Building Trades Union Affiliations requirements of TCHC and Turner prior to submission of documents. Pre-qualification requirements: Submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Conflict of Interest Declaration, completed Vendor Prequalification form and Questionnaire, and achieving a minimum score of 70% (28 out of 40 points) in the evaluation to proceed to the next stage. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline 06/11/2026 at 12:00 AM ET
