Question Deadline 06/19/2026 Questions shall be submitted in writing to LJA Engineering, Inc.: Attn: Vickie Wilhite vwilhite@lja.com The work to be bid on is as follows: The Project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 1,050+- linear feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 26 mainline sewer open cut replacement from access point to access point, The mainline sewer open cut replacement will need to be completed during summer break, May 21, 2026 to August 5, 2026, 1,850+- linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer with Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP), 1 mainline point repair on 8-inch gravity sewer, 1 mainline point repair at service connection on 8-inch gravity sewer, 36 lateral pre-CCTV inspections, 32 new cleanout installations, 18 manhole frame and cover replacements, 9 installations of watertight covers on existing manholes, 350+- vertical feet of 48- inch diameter manhole lining, 2 manhole bench and invert repair, 4 grouting of pipe connections in manhole, and 1 mainline point repair at drop connection on 8-inch gravity sewer. The project also includes 650+- linear feet of heavy cleaning or obstruction removal in 8 and 10-inch gravity sewer, 650+- linear feet of CCTV inspection of 8 and 10-inch mainlines, 20 service lateral repairs with CIPP, and 17 open cut lateral replacements. The scope of the project will include all bypass pumping, lateral reinstatement, property and pavement restoration, and any necessary tools or equipment required to complete the jobs according to the specifications.
