Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new electrical subpanel and route new dedicated branch circuits to the galley, berthing rooms, recreation room, offices, and gym at USCG Station Depoe Bay. All work must be tied directly into the existing emergency generator distribution panel, comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and undergo complete testing to ensure seamless operational transition between shore and emergency power. Quotes must include a completed and signed Standard Form (SF) 1449, a detailed price breakdown for the major tasks (mobilization & site prep, itemized list of materials, installation by tasks, labor rate), and a technical proposal demonstrating understanding and ability to meet requirements, including a step-by-step technical approach and a project schedule. The technical proposal should not contain pricing information. All quotes must be submitted electronically and incomplete or late submissions may be considered unresponsive and ineligible for award.
