Renovation of a military facility in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot, one-story above grade military facility.
The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for a complete roof and gutter replacement on a single-story, 1,500 sq. ft. residential building. The work includes removal of existing shingles and three skylights, replacement of any damaged sheeting, and installation of new architectural asphalt shingles along with a complete gutter and downspout system. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications provided in the solicitation.
