Site work for a water / sewer project in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
To install an adequate drainage and sump pump system that will remove excessive water from the crawl space, insulating the foundation to prevent future water intrusion. The contractor shall install a full perimeter interior drainage system with sump pump, and install a raindrain system that discharges to the street. In addition, the contractor shall properly seal foundation vents and walls, install tera blocks over soil with a 20Mil liner on top, and spray foam insulate the entire underside of the floor/joists to achieve an R12 insulation factor with closed cell foam. The contractor must perform to the standards in this Scope of Work (SOW) contract. Place of Performance: U. S. Coast Guard Depoe Bay Housing 30 Jewl Ct.
