City Is Soliciting Bids From Select, Qualified Contractors For The Wastewater Treatment Plant Catwalk Replacement Project. The Scope Of Work Includes The Removal And Construction Of Catwalks On City's Clarifier At Their Wastewater Treatment Plant. Refer To Article 4 Of The Contract, Which Describes Construction Schedule. Notice To Proceed Is Anticipated To Be Delivered November 2024. The Construction Window Is Anticipated To Be July And August 2025. The Engineer's Estimate Is Approximately $300,000. Project Location: Depoe Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant 212 S Point St, Depoe Bay, Or 97341 Bidders Must Be Qualified In Accordance With The Applicable Parts Of Ors 279c In Order To Enter Into A Contract With City. No Bid Shall Be Considered Unless The Bidder Is Registered And In Good Standing With The Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Contract Documents May Be Obtained Online From The City Of Depoe Bay Bids And Rfps Website. Bidders Are Encouraged To Notify City That They Wish To Be Included In The Plan Holder's List, Refer To Instructions To Bidders (2.6). City Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids Not In Compliance With All Prescribed Bidding Procedures And Requirements, May Reject For Good Cause Any And All Bids Upon The Finding That It Is In The Public Interest To Do So, And May Waive Any And All Informalities.
