Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,200-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Vendors shall include the Notice ID and project name in the subject line of all email correspondence sent to SSgt Ruano Gutierrez and Hideo Mera. The solicitation has been amended multiple times to provide additional project information and extend submission deadlines. Updates included the addition of site photographs, revised mezzanine drawings, responses to questions, an updated Statement of Work (SOW), and scheduling of an additional site visit. The quotation due date was successively extended from June 25, 2026, to July 10, 2026, then to July 22, 2026, and finally to August 3, 2026. The final extension was issued to allow the Government time to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) received following the July 14, 2026, site visit. No additional questions will be accepted.
