Renovation of a military facility in Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and standard installation materials required to install and integrate two Government-furnished Ingersoll Rand compressors, dryers, and glycol cooling systems into Building 269. Work includes the physical installation of the government-owned equipment and connection to the facility's existing 460V electrical power system and compressed air loop. The contractor shall furnish piping, wiring, epoxy, and all other necessary incidental materials to complete the installation and integration of the compressor and cooling systems. All work shall be completed in accordance with the project requirements and applicable Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Physical Installation Completion (Contractor): All installation, piping, electrical, and leak-testing work must be 100% completed no later than 17 August 2026. System Startup (Government): HAFB will fill the glycol and Cate Industrial will conduct the final system startup by 2 September 2026 (Warranty Expiration) . Site Visit RSVP Deadline: 20 July 2026 All questions regarding this RFQ or SOW must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Officer, Joshua Akinwande (joshua.akinwande.2@us.af.mil), no later than 27 Jul 2026 at 10.00 AM MT. Answers will be consolidated and posted via an Amendment on SAM.gov.
