The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision of labors necessary to complete the project in all respects. The project consists of pavement markings, sidewalk repairs, curb ramps, solar-powered radar speed signs, RRFB set, and appurtenances needed to complete this Safe Routes to School project. All bidders shall be ODOT pre-qualified and submit bid security with their bid in accordance with ORC 153.54 as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders in the bid specifications. Questions regarding the project should be emailed to engineer@cityofelyria.org no later than Monday, June 15, 2026. Award is subject to final approval.
