Renovation of a day care center in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to repair exterior concrete and pavement features at the Child Development Center. Work includes saw cutting and removal of existing 4-inch-thick, WWF-reinforced concrete slabs; replacement of approximately 1,800 square feet of deteriorated concrete in the playground area; removal of the existing wooden grate in the walkway and replacement with concrete; and completion of all concrete work in accordance with American Concrete Institute standards. The contractor shall use a wet concrete saw and may utilize the exterior hose bibb for water supply after furnishing and installing an approved hose connection vacuum breaker. The project also includes blacking out and restriping the parking lot to improve clarity and organization. All work shall be performed during normal operating hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except parking lot striping, which shall be completed on weekends. The contractor shall coordinate activities to maintain safety, accessibility, and functionality throughout construction.
