Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sherwood, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes, but is not limited to, 4,500 linear feet of roadway improvements including the construction of one roundabout, a five-barrel reinforced concrete box culvert, 70,000 cubic yards of earthwork, 9,000 tons of asphalt paving, 11,000 tons of class 7, curb and gutter, drainage improvements, and pedestrian improvements, as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof.
