The project also includes the clearing of brush and trees to aid the drainage of stormwater and improve accessibility. New trees and stormwater seed mixes will be planted. Asphalt work will begin at the north side of the Frog Island Parking Lot mid-summer. Parking will be unavailable on the north side of the lot during that time, with the south side to follow.
