Reference Number WS5689693472-Doc5689740356 The requirement includes mandatory pre construction services, which include: working collaboratively with the design team and the Departmental Representative; supporting design development and analysis of implementation options; reviewing construction feasibility and project phasing; providing planning of the work including methodology and schedule; undertaking constructability reviews and value engineering. At Canadas discretion, the Contract may be amended to include construction services. These services may include: managing work sequencing and construction activities based on the final design; soliciting fair and transparent competitive bids; hiring and coordinating subcontractors and trade work packages; coordinating repair works within an active dry dock environment to minimize impacts to operations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
