Site work and paving for a road / highway in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of pavement repair, slurry seal, curbing, removal and replacement of traffic markings, and traffic signal modifications on 20 Avenue S and on S 308 Street. The Contractor must complete all work within 20 working days. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the specified deadline. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid deposit or bond in the amount required in the Contract. Bids will be governed by the Contract as defined by the Washington State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction 2026. Bidders are encouraged to register online to receive notifications of addenda. Minority and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the bidding, and determine which bid or bidder meets the criteria set forth in the bid documents.
