Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 612-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Largo is seeking a licensed professional to build a picnic shelter at Largo Central Park, 101 Central Park Drive, Largo, FL that matches the one already on site. The contractor must build to the current Florida building code and obtain all necessary permitting. The new shelter will match the existing one (Exhibit H), but will not include railings or signage. The final structure will measure 34' x 18'. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean worksite and removing all waste at the end of the project. The project scope includes: architectural drawings necessary for permitting; poured slab and footer with an estimated area of 40' x 24' x 4" with a 16" x 16" mono footer; exposed fastener metal roof with a 5/12 pitch; and all framing to be pressure treated lumber.
