Description

Site work for a transportation facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

This project consists of the installation of four depot style pantograph chargers and associated infrastructure, including conduit, wiring, housekeeping pads, structural supports, and frames. Bidders may obtain electronic copies of plans and specifications from the Purchasing Manager, and plans and specifications may be viewed on the website and at several plan centers. State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Use of Minority and Women's Business Enterprise (MWBE) contractors and suppliers is encouraged but not mandatory. No bid may be withdrawn after the due date unless contract award is delayed for more than ninety days. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local EEO laws and regulations, and nondiscrimination is assured in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
