Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
This project consists of the construction of approximately 3,760 square yards of pavement repair excavation, 920 linear feet of storm sewer, 27 drainage structures, 3,000 square yards of sidewalk, 4,780 linear feet of curb, 1,150 square yards of driveway, 2 new signal installations, 2 new RRFB installations, 3,760 square yards of 1/2-inch medium traffic, 4-inch thick pavement, and other related miscellaneous items. Bids shall be delivered by hand, mail or courier service to the Construction Management Office at 998 East North Foothills Drive, Spokane, WA 99208. Hand delivered bids should be delivered to the first floor of the Construction Management Office between noon and 1:00 p.m. on bid opening day to the purchasing agent present. All bid packages must be in sealed envelopes marked with the following text: "Attn: Purchasing - Bid Documents Enclosed, YYY Project", where YYY is the project name. The City of Spokane, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Regulations, notifies all bidders that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
