SCOPE OF WORK: Work to be completed prior to September 1, 2026. 20 working days are allowed to complete the work. Work does not necessarily need to be completed in 20 consecutive working days. Working days will be charged until work is completed at the respective location. (i.e. work at Yale/Colbert is completed July 14th - July 15th. Working days are suspended until work is completed at Rosewood Post Office on July 28th and 29th. Working days are suspended again until work begins in August, etc.) Questions regarding the bid shall be submitted via Online. LOCATIONS: Yale Road, approximately 200 feet north of Colbert Road, Spokane County Rosewood Avenue, approximately 250 feet west of Monroe Street, Spokane County Warren Street, approximately 30 feet north of Bradbury Avenue, Spokane County 13516 Shady Slope Road, Spokane County Farwell Road, approximately 500 feet west of Pittsburg Street, Spokane County ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $264,000.00 plus tax if applicable In submitting a bid, you are registered with Spokane County for the Small Works Roster in accordance with R.C.W. 39.04.155. On-Site Work Hours: Will need to be arranged with Chris Gallagher, Project Manager, CPGallagher@spokanecounty.gov. The Spokane County Noise Ordinance shall be a factor in determining work schedules.
