The City of Kennewick requests a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide design engineering and permit services for the full design of the Columbia Park bridge, to be ready to bid by Summer 2027, with construction scheduled for Fall 2027. The bridge is located in Columbia Park on Paul Parish Drive, 1/2 mile west of N. Edison Street. This project is federally funded through the WSDOT Local Bridge Program. Statement of Qualifications must be submitted via e-mail with the subject line "Columbia Park Bridge Replacement SOQ". All details, addenda, and bidder Q&A are available exclusively through Public Purchase on the City of Kennewick's designated webpage. The City reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all submittals. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, national origin, or disability.
