Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,976-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility.

Ben Franklin Transit is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors interested in providing services for the Three Rivers Transit Center Security Window Upgrades. Contractors are required to comply with all applicable Equal Opportunity laws and regulations. Disadvantaged and Women-owned Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin. Contractors must abide by all federal, state, and local rules and regulations, including WISHA and OSHA. Bids may be rejected in whole or in part, or the Invitation for Bid may be canceled, when it is in the best interest of Ben Franklin Transit. Contractors are required to follow the instructions for submitting electronic bids via the specified e-Procurement Portal. Bft Reserves to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities and Minor Irregularities in Offers Received.
