Brantingham East and Stock Pipe (Materials Only) Contract PC 2026-43 involves the furnishing of materials only for the Brantingham East and Stock Pipe (Materials ONLY) project. This includes, but is not limited to, providing pipe, valves, fittings, and other appurtenant water work supplies. The materials required are approximately 3,580 linear feet of 16-inch, 12-inch, 6-inch, 4-inch, and 3-inch pipe, along with other related waterwork supplies. Delivery of all materials is required to either the KID Shop at 2015 S Ely Street, Kennewick, WA 99337, or the KID right-of-way at 2001 Brantingham Road, Richland, WA 99352. Bids must be titled accordingly and addressed to the Kennewick Irrigation District Board of Directors. Bids are to be received by Ruvim Grinchuk, Staff Engineer, at the specified address up to the stated deadline. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "SEALED BID ENCLOSED," and can be sent by delivery service, mailed, or delivered to the payment drop at the KID building. No electronic (email) bids are accepted. Bids must be submitted on original forms provided in the specifications. Technical questions should be directed in writing via the Request for Information form. The Kennewick Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, combine contracts, and accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the District. The District encourages participation by certified minority and women's business enterprises and mandates non-discrimination in contract consideration. Bidders must certify they are not debarred, suspended, or ineligible for federal transactions.
