The CITY OF KENNEWICK is requesting combined qualifications and proposals from qualified supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system Consultants for the design of the P2619 - SCADA System Upgrade project. The work to be performed consists of implementing the City's recent SCADA Master Plan by replacing end-of-life and end-of-service SCADA equipment, migrating the HMI system, and all other work identified in the Request for Proposals. Proposed SCADA upgrades relate to the City's water and wastewater infrastructure. The CITY OF KENNEWICK reserves the right to amend the terms, circulate addenda, or withdraw the RFP at any time. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all RFPs.
