Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is for HMA improvements for the following streets: Canal Dr. (Edison St. to Volland St.), Southridge Blvd. (Ridgeline Dr. to Hildebrand Blvd.), Union St. / W. 43rd Ave. (Canyon Lakes Dr. to Olson St.), 42nd Ave. (Union St. to Olson St.), Olson St. (47th Ave. to Canyon Lakes Dr.). Work will involve planing (grinding) as called for on the plans, HMA overlay, HMA patching repair of miscellaneous failed areas, concrete sidewalk, curb, ramp upgrades, pavement lane striping, crosswalks, stop bars, markings, cast-in-place traffic curbing, and other related work. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Engineer's Estimate: $1,200,000 to 2,100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
