The CenterPoint Transformer Pad Mount Installation project is located at the SJRA Lake Houston Pump Station facility. This facility consists of a Pump Station which transports raw water from Lake Houston to the SJRA Highlands Canal System, a supporting operations center, and storage buildings. The project will furnish a pad for the future installation of a CenterPoint transformer to accommodate a voltage reduction of the site. Additionally, this project will consist of the installation of removable protective barriers surrounding the pad, installation of conduits and duct bank, removal of an existing light pole with a portion of the existing conduits in the CenterPoint easement and installing caps for these conduits. The removal of previously abandoned conduits may be necessary as well. The contractor will be responsible for all CenterPoint Energy coordination related to the transformer installation. PRE - QUOTATION CONFERENCE A single Non - mandatory Pre -Quotation Conference will be held at the Remote Operations Center at the SJRA Lake Houston Pump Station Campus located at 16699 Horizon Dr. Crosby , TX 77532 at 1:00 PM CST on June 4 , 2026. Representatives for Owner and Principal Architect / Engineer may be available to discuss the project . A site visit will occur immediately following the Pre -Quotation Conference . Attendance at the Pre -Quotation Conference and site visit may be the only opportunity for Respondents to see the existing conditions of the site prior to Quotation due date .
