As of August 26, 2026 project was awarded to Milestone Construction Company, awarded amount is $2,066,933.08 Construction of the Phillips Park Phase III project includes grading, drainage and paving for the proposed park improvements. The total project is roughly 8.4 acres. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Questions must be submitted via written communication only to Courtney.Austin@craftontull.com. The deadline to submit questions related to this Invitation is June 25th, 2026, at 4:30 PM CST, after this time the City will only provide clarifications or responses pertaining to items in the Bidding Documents that do not result in a change or Addendum (see Bidding Documents for additional information). Bidder is allowed to make arrangements to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. A Site visit can be scheduled upon request. Maps to the Site will be made available upon request.
