Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes the replacement of approximately 850 linear feet of existing watermain with new 8-inch ductile iron watermain along Madison Street from Fairview Avenue to Hawthorne Avenue. Work also includes all associated fittings, water services and private service connections, valves in vaults, excavation and backfill, trench backfilling, pavement and curb replacement, parkway restoration, traffic control, testing and disinfection, and hydrants with valves. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
