WORK ORDER NO. 120042/320042 The work includes the replacement of approximately 850 linear feet of existing watermain with new 8-inch ductile iron watermain along Madison Street from Fairview Avenue to Hawthorne Avenue. Work also includes all associated fittings, water services and private service connections, valves in vaults, excavation and backfill, trench backfilling, pavement and curb replacement, parkway restoration, traffic control, testing and disinfection, and hydrants with valves. Question Deadline 06/10/2026 at 10:00 AM CT All questions and requests for information (RFIs) regarding the bid documents shall be submitted in writing to the City of Elmhurst at grant.hicks@elmhurst.com Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond. The work includes the replacement of approximately 850 linear feet of existing watermain with new 8-inch ductile iron watermain along Madison Street from Fairview Avenue to Hawthorne Avenue.
