Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Project consists of a new restroom facility including plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. New work includes but is not limited to: masonry, wood framing, metal roofing, interior finishes including drywall and painting, and site utilities Sealed bids will be received by the Elmhurst Park District hereinafter known as the Owner, for the Restroom addition at Crestview Park. The commencement date of this project is approximately September 21, 2026 . Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of receipt. Project approval is anticipated to occur at the next scheduled Park District meeting following bid opening. Commencement of the work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. Bids on all work of this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the " Illinois Prevailing Wage Act" ( Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Section 395S - 1-12) .
