Demolition, site work and new construction of a military facility in Camp Douglas, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,600-square-foot, one-story above grade military facility.

The work consists of procuring and installing two 600kW generators, medium and low-voltage switchgear, transformers, panels, and associated equipment; constructing a single-floor 1,600 SQFT concrete masonry building with brick exterior to house indoor electrical equipment; constructing a graveled, fenced-in area with concrete pads and lighting for outdoor equipment; demolishing the existing 1.75MW Katolight diesel generator, generator belly tank, generator enclosure, 480-208/120V Auxiliary Power Transformer, 13.8kV-480/277V Auxiliary Power Transformer, Paralleling Switchgear, Distribution Switches, and concrete pads. Demolition is not to take place until new equipment is operable. Project HVAC (Dampers and Unit Heater alarms) will integrate with Camp Williams BAS (Honeywell Optimizer). Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories relays must be used as indicated in the electrical drawings. Bidders must be certified by the Department of Administration (DOA) as qualified and responsible in the Electrical division prior to submitting bids. All bids must be accompanied by a 10% bid guarantee. Bids must be submitted as a single lump sum for all work, either electronically via the eBuilder Bidding Portal (PDF format preferred), by mail or third-party delivery, or by hand delivery to the specified location. Contractors must comply with federal requirements for all products and materials used in the project. Electronic processing will be used for contract and construction phase records.
