Renovation of a military facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 200-square-foot military facility; 8,000-square-foot military facility; and 26,000-square-foot military facility.

Removal of approximately 26,000 square feet of existing thermoplastic roofing system down to the existing metal roof panel or existing roof deck. Provide infill between metal panel ribs, cover with flat and/or tapered insulation and gypsum coverboard to an R-30 system with a mechanically attached and fully adhered 60-mil reinforced EPDM roof membrane. Recover approximately 8,000 square feet of existing thermoplastic roof system with a gypsum coverboard and a 60-mil reinforced fully adhered EPDM. Remove and replace approximately 200 square feet of standing seam metal panels. Provide prefinished sheet metal flashings, wall panels, and accessories as required. Base Bid will be received for a single lump sum bid for all work. Each bid must include a bid guarantee of 10% of the bid. All potential bidders must be certified by the Department of Administration prior to submitting bids.
