Site preparation : Level area and prepare site for construction of new building Concrete short wall 12" above ground , with 18" thick footer , 6" thick floor ( To be measured by contractor ) with rebar on 2' centers with stands , and moisture barrier , Floor shall be sloped as to allow drainage out of the garage doors . 0 The building will be 50' x 60 ' with 16 ft walls framed with 2" x 6" studs spaced 2 ft on center . Ceiling trusses will be spaced 4 ft on center and secured with hurricane ties . Insulation shall be R- 19 in the walls and R-38 in the ceiling . Roof purlins will be installed no more than 30 " apart . Roof shall have a 12 " overhang on all four side with covered metal soffit . Metal will be 29 Ga. gray in color on all outside walls and roof , inside metal will be 29 ga. liner panel white in color. Walk in door shall be a 36 " steel door " No window " and have composite " no rot " frame & trim Garage doors will be 14 ft high x 12 ' wide , with small windows high in door , insulated with side shaft openers on all , all doors will have three 2x14 " laminate beam headers , When finished area will be cleaned and picked up by contractor .
