Renovation of the Hillside Senior Center in Clarks Summit, PA. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 Mechanical Construction Contract No. 3 Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction The work generally consists of replacing exterior ceiling with the covered patio, exterior window, alum. entrance door, select VCT flooring, and EPDM liner of built-in gutter; repointing masonry veneer; repairing brick paver patio; adding batt insulation in attic; providing new conc. sidewalks and picnic table pads; repairing exist sanitary line; replacing hot water recirculating pump; reinsulating piping above ceiling; replacing exterior site lighting, poles and conc. bases; and replacing exterior light bollards. . It is the intent of the Owner to fully clarify all requirements of the Contract Documents. If the Bidder is in doubt as the meaning of the Drawings and Specifications, or other Contract Documents, he may submit to the Architect, a written request on the attached form appearing here as Attachment A for interpretation or correction thereof. Requests to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid date. The person submitting the request will be responsible for the prompt delivery of the Pre-Bid Request For Information (RFI).
