Renovation of a laboratory facility in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The proposed work to be located at the Kurt R. Segler Water Reclamation Facility, Building B - Laboratory. The general description of the work is the replacement of an existing Laboratory HVAC system including modifications to existing ductwork and equipment. Also, minor building improvements include installation of window shades, glass film, and replacement of acoustical ceiling. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system using the Questions Tab. Questions must be submitted prior to the Question Cutoff Date and Time shown in both the Event Details and Questions Tabs. Question Deadline 06/12/2026 at 12:00 PM PT Event bid note: The draft bid opening minutes, containing preliminary bid amounts, can be viewed under the Award Details tab in the NGEM bid event within one (1) hour after the bid closes. Bidders will have 2 hours from the time the Draft Bid Opening Minutes is posted to submit their 1% subcontractor listing, if not already included in their bid.
