Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ethete, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of the removal and salvage of existing roadway surfacing on White Hawk Drive and White Hawk Circle; replacement of driveways and driveway approaches and replacement of crushed base and asphalt on White Hawk Drive; reconstruction and realignment of the street and cul-de-sac for White Hawk Circle including replacement of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, base and asphalt, and driveways. The project also includes minor repairs to a small section of sanitary sewer and repairs on two leaking meter pits. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract from Indian Owned Economic Enterprises only. Bids shall be on firm unit price basis for the respective bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Unit prices and estimated quantities are solely for the purpose of comparing bids.
