The project consists of the removal and salvage of existing roadway surfacing on White Hawk Drive and White Hawk Circle; replacement of driveways and driveway approaches and replacement of crushed base and asphalt on White Hawk Drive; reconstruction and realignment of the street and cul-de-sac for White Hawk Circle including replacement of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, base and asphalt, and driveways. The project also includes minor repairs to a small section of sanitary sewer and repairs on two leaking meter pits. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract from Indian Owned Economic Enterprises only. Bids shall be on firm unit price basis for the respective bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
