Reference Number 0000424980 Clear Creek School District No. Re-1 is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Night-Time Contracted Custodial Services for the Lower A Wing, Lower B Wing, C Wing, and D Wing at its High School/ Middle School facility in Evergreen, Colorado. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform comprehensive evening/night custodial services. Scope of work includes daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, trash removal, and restocking of consumables). Services must be performed after the conclusion of the regular school day, typically during night-time hours. The initial contract term is one year with the option for two (2) additional one-year renewals. This is a competitive sealed proposal process.
