Reference Number 0000426246 Question Deadline 06/18/2026 at 12:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Clear Creek School District No. Re-1 is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Night-Time Contracted Custodial Services The Service Provider shall perform the following: Complete a Night Cleaning Checklist, remove all trash, change trash liners as needed, Clean All Restrooms, Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors at its King Murphy Mountain School in Evergreen, Colorado. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform comprehensive evening/night custodial services. Scope of work includes daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, trash removal, and restocking of consumables). Services must be performed after the conclusion of the regular school day, typically during night-time hours. The initial contract term is one year with the option for two (2) additional one-year renewals.
