Site Walkthrough(06/04/2026 at 8:00 AM ET): Bidders shall attend the site meeting at their own risk and hold the Board harmless for any issues or damages arising out of their attendance of the site meeting. The Owner will not consider any claims for additional payments during the execution of the Work for extra work or difficulties encountered resulting from conditions which were either visible or could be reasonably inferred from an examination of the Place of the Work and the available project information prior to the submission of Bids. Bidders are encouraged to bring their own measuring tape, camera, or other portable tools as required to the site meeting. Bidders are solely responsible for making their own assessment of the site.
