The work involves 2025 District Wide Renovations under Contract No. GW.1, which includes General Work and Asbestos Abatement. Sealed bids will be received at the specified location until the deadline, and the work must be completed and available for occupancy per the Milestone Schedule. Bids must be prepared and submitted according to the Instructions to Bidders, using the Bid Form found in the Project Manual. Bidders must certify that their bid prices have been arrived at without collusion, and each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. One hundred percent (100%) Labor and Material Payment Bond and one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required from the successful bidder prior to contract signing. The Owner reserves the right to consider all bids for forty-five days following the bid opening, and may waive informalities or reject any bid.
