The work consists of removing the existing greenbelt path and constructing a new concrete greenbelt path according to the provided drawings and specifications. The scope includes saw cutting, demolition, and removal of existing concrete walk, asphalt paving, landscaping, and trees; minor site grading, earthwork, and drainage; utility relocation and repair; concrete sidewalk, curb, and asphalt repair; irrigation repair; landscape repair; and tree preservation. Bids must be prepared according to the specifications in the solicitation documents. Bid packets are available at no charge through registration on JAGGAER via the city website. A bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or cash. Bids must be submitted electronically via the JAGGAER platform. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid in its best interest.
