The City of Boise Parks and Recreation Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced Design-Build Teams for the comprehensive design and construction of a concrete skate amenity at Cassia Neighborhood Park, located at 4600 W. Camas St., Boise, Idaho 83705. The skate spot can consist of a combination of poured in place concrete and prefabricated steel rails and coping. All concrete elements must have smooth transitions. The skate park should engage and challenge both beginners and experienced users of skateboards, in-line skates, BMX bikes, and similar equipment. The guaranteed maximum price for all work is $130,000.00. Statements of Qualifications must be prepared in accordance with the specifications detailed within the solicitation documents.
