Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project involves installing a new irrigation system on site that utilizes the existing well and control panel. All other aspects of the irrigation system will be new. The existing irrigation control system will not require any additional upgrades. New landscape shrub and tree plantings will be installed at the front of the building as well as in the building courtyard. Bidders must submit sealed proposals and include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
