The project "FY' 2025 NJDOT Local Freight Impact Fund Reconstruction of Stokes Avenue" consists of improvements of Stokes Avenue (from terminus to terminus), located in the Township of Ewing, Mercer County, New Jersey. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, and to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the final date fixed for receiving bids. Sealed bids are invited for the FY 2025 NJDOT Local Freight Impact Fund Reconstruction of Stokes Avenue in the Township of Ewing, Mercer County, New Jersey. Bidders must obtain bid forms, contracts, and specifications from Remington & Vernick Engineers after payment. Bids must be submitted on the designated forms in sealed envelopes identifying the bidder and the work. An original and two copies of the complete bid package are required. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least 10%, but not exceeding $20,000.00, of the bid amount, and a certificate letter from a surety company willing to provide a completion bond. Bidders must comply with all applicable requirements, including Affirmative Action, New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, stockholder disclosure, Public Works Contractor Registration, and business registration for both the contractor and any subcontractors. The award is contingent upon the Township lawfully providing the necessary funds and securing all required permits.
