Reference number: 20149953 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Description LEM Experts-Conseils Inc. is inviting tenders for the "Centre Cinema Imperial - Asset Maintenance" project, specifically for the replacement of the existing lift. Please note that the new lift must comply with the specifications and meet the performance criteria set out in the Proconseil tender documents. Please complete the tender form on pages 9 to 11 of this document, not the one included in the lift modernisation specifications. Please note that the building is a listed heritage site (interior and exterior) and therefore cannot be altered in any way other than as shown in the plans and specifications. Please note that the building contains asbestos. Although your work will not be carried out under asbestos removal conditions, if your work involves drilling, screwing, grinding, cutting or any other activity that may expose workers to asbestos dust, the measures to be implemented in accordance with CNESST requirements must be included in your tender. The analysis report on materials likely to contain asbestos is available and will be provided on request
