This is a multi-award Design-Build contract for the delivery of one or more projects for MS4 Impervious Surface Restoration Credits for watersheds within the Administration’s MS4 area, including the counties of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Calvert, Cecil, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, Washington, Wicomico, and St. Mary’s. Each project consists of a single physical site where the Design-Builder shall perform planning, design, permitting, construction, perpetual easement acquisition, post-construction monitoring, maintenance, and adaptive management required to deliver ISR Credits. The Administration may select one or more projects from various proposers for award on a best value basis, up to a total value of approximately $120 million. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in an informational meeting. A meeting link will be provided approximately 24 hours before the meeting.
