Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5% ) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders . Construction work shall include: 1. Contract W1-GC - General Construction Maintain Plant Operations during construction Partial Demolition Structural Shoring and physical repairs Construct Building Addition Furnish and install clarification, pumping and filtration equipment Furnish and install 4-6" DI piping. Furnish contracted services for SCADA System integration and new equipment supply and installation 2. Contract W1-EC - Electrical Construction Power wiring for new equipment Lighting General 120V convenience fixtures including radiant heaters 3. Contract W1-HVAC - HVAC Construction Demolition of old HVAC units Furnich and Install Radiant Heaters. Furnish and install new fans and louver. 4. Contract W1- PL - Plumbing Construction Bathroom plumbing to new disposal system. Piping to new leach field Septic tank, D-box and subsurface WW disposal field. The goal is 26-percent participation; failure to meet that goal requires demonstration of a good-faith effort to meet the requirements with documentation required by the funding agency.
