Renovation of an educational facility in Greenwood Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids for this project shall be submitted in accordance with the New York State and Federal labor law requirements. Bid Security Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond. Checks Are to Be Made Payable to the Greenwood Lake Union Free School District in the Amount of Ten (10%) Percent of the Bid. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. The Board of Education Reserves the Right to Waive Any Information in the Bids, to Reject All Bids, to Accept the Total Bid, or to Award Individually or by Groups Which, in the Opinion of the Greenwood Lake Union Free School District, Would Be in Its Best Interest.
