Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials and incidentals required to complete all of the Work as described herein these tender documents for 2nd level floor space demolition and renovation at a recreation facility. The Work includes but is not limited to: Renovation of over 6,000 square feet of currently vacant, 2nd level floor space previously occupied by a physiotherapy clinic, into multi-purpose spaces for public use, including: Demolition of existing walls, finishes and an existing interior stair, which is to be decked over to create new floor space New entrance area and corridor Two new large multi-purpose rooms separated by an operable wall system One new small multi-purpose room A new kitchen Multiple new storage spaces A new universal washroom, as well as expansion and/or renovation of existing washrooms New IT and Electrical closets Documents can be obtained from www.surrey.ca and www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Question Deadline 06/10/2026 All inquiries related to this ITT should be directed in writing to the person named below (the Owners Representative).
